Meet the CEO

Born and raised in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, Frances Lenn Velazquez sought to rise above her station through financial literacy, initially drawing her to

business management and accounting.

After graduating High School from Community Academy of Philadelphia,

Charter School as Valedictorian, Frances completed her Bachelor's of Science degree at Indiana University of Pennsylvania.

In 2023, Frances earned her Master's of Science in Accountancy at

Holy Family University.

Over the last 15 years, Frances has worked in education as a business administrator and is actively Chief Financial Officer at a Non-Profit organization serving the Philadelphia youth.

Throughout her career, she has navigated the unique challenges and regulations associated with publicly regulated entities.  Simultaneously, she has been a tax professional preparing tax returns for individuals, small businesses, and partnerships.
